What makes milk chocolate worth giving?
The difference is in the cacao. Mass-market milk chocolate hides thin, low-grade cacao behind sugar and milk powder. Craft milk chocolate does the opposite — it uses single-origin beans good enough to stand on their own, then adds just enough milk to round them. The result carries real flavour: caramel, toffee, nuts, sometimes a bright note of fruit underneath. It's milk chocolate for adults who thought they'd grown out of it.
